Come and join me for the final workshop of the year.

Winter themed vinyasa flow and restorative asana, a bit of reflection of 2017, breathing in the ups and downs, building up heat into the body and warming up those chilly toes. This season to be jolly is all about giving and receiving. Come and explore the joys of both, through a creativity sequenced afternoon of movement and meditation.

With inversion play (headstand, handstand, pincha), expect to feel invigorated and ready for the busy festive season approaching.

Ying yang; anti anxiety

WE ALL experience levels of anxiety. Whether it is the general day to day worries dealing with work or change, or the more aggressive form that can play some rather imaginative tricks on us and manifest itself in kinda scary physical forms ie, panic attacks, leaving one feeling extremely uncomfortable. 

Our minds are wild and they can play interesting tricks on us. We have between 50,000 - 70,000 thoughts a day, and its the thoughts we choose to put our attention into, that determine our whole belief system/ happiness/ worth etc etc.

I could talk or write about the brain for ages... BUT, I'll save it. Come and join me? Lets tap into the body and the breath and see how it stills the mind. And learn how this yoga thing can really help you work together, WITH anxiety to positively to shape your life, tap into your inner creativity and come out of it all feeling strong minded and fearless. 

This workshop will still be similar to the Seasonal Yin Yang workshops, although more of an emphasis on anti-anxiety techniques through movement, breath and meditation.
