WE ALL experience levels of anxiety. Whether it is the general day to day worries dealing with work or change, or the more aggressive form that can play some rather imaginative tricks on us and manifest itself in kinda scary physical forms ie, panic attacks, leaving one feeling extremely uncomfortable.
Our minds are wild and they can play interesting tricks on us. We have between 50,000 - 70,000 thoughts a day, and its the thoughts we choose to put our attention into, that determine our whole belief system/ happiness/ worth etc etc.
I could talk or write about the brain for ages... BUT, I'll save it. Come and join me? Lets tap into the body and the breath and see how it stills the mind. This workshop will still be similar to the Seasonal Yin Yang workshops, although more of an emphasis on anti-anxiety techniques through movement, breath and meditation.
